By submitting my reservation request with an authorized representative of Laughlin Helicopter Charters LLC., I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to: CHARTER BOOKING TERMS CONDITIONS & WEBSITE USAGE AGREEMENT, as stated below: 

CHARTER BOOKING TERMS, CONDITIONS & WEBSITE USAGE AGREEMENT:

VALID IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED
A valid photo identification will be required at the time of service. This can either be a valid Government-issued passport or Driver’s license. It is a Felony Crime to board an FAA Approved Part 135 Air Carrier using a stolen or Fraudulent credit card.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS
4 hours cancellation notice of the applicable charter day/day/date is required for Laughlin Helicopter Charters, LLC. Not showing up for your tour or tours canceled within 4 hours of the applicable tour day/date/time will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the applicable retail price. NO SHOWS are subject to 50% of the applicable charter retail price.

PRICES
Prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices are based on a round trip flight. Round trip pricing still applies for drop-off only. Aircraft has a 1 hour minimum except for custom tours. Waiting time is charged at $200/hr for all time over 1 hour. Some airports require a landing fee. (This can be approximately $20-200 per landing). Children 17 years and under must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian.  Prices and itineraries are subject to change without notice. 

COMFORT & SAFETY
All aircraft are subject to maximum legal gross weight limits. Seat Maximum is 300lbs per seat.

FLIGHT ROUTES/TIMES
For safety, flight routes and flight times may vary due to weather conditions, Air Traffic Control and other factors beyond the control of Laughlin Helicopter Charters, LLC. All Flight times are approximate and include loading and unloading.

RETAIL PRICES, APPLICABLE FEES & FUEL
Retail prices, applicable fees, and fuel are included in the price of the tour unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are in U.S. dollars.
